I've always rooted for the misfits, the dropouts, the dreamers left without a dream. So today I dedicate this last #monologuethursday of the jazz month series to Myrtle Wilson from The Great Gatsby, a woman that dreamed more, and character that deserved more. So I combined different moments to give her a proper monologue, at least. Because no, you cannot live forever, but you can shine like a shooting star, and that moment, it will last forever.
